Snowman Frozen Yogurt Bark

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 3 hours 10 minutes
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey honey only for kids over 1
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup blueberries eyes and buttons
  • 4 dried apricots cut into tiny carrot noses
  • 4 strawberries sliced, for scarves

Equipment

  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Line a tray with parchment.
  2. Stir the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla together and spread about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.
  3. Press on snowman faces: blueberry eyes and buttons, apricot noses and strawberry scarves.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours, then break into pieces and serve straight away.

Notes

Use plain Greek yogurt and sweeten lightly. Skip honey for babies under 12 months and use maple syrup instead. Let the bark sit out 2 minutes before breaking so it doesn't shatter.
