Add liquids first: Pour the milk into the blender.
This helps the blades catch and blend smoothly.
Layer the soft ingredients: Add yogurt, banana, and lemon juice. If you’re using a sweetener, add it now.
Add the greens: Pack in the spinach. Baby spinach blends easily and has a mild flavor.
Add berries and extras: Toss in the mixed berries and any seeds you’re using.
If your fruit is fresh, add a few ice cubes.
Blend until very smooth: Start low, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.
Taste and adjust: If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk. If you want it brighter, add a tiny bit more lemon.
For extra sweetness, a drizzle of honey works well.
Serve immediately: Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy while it’s cold and vibrant.
